Therapeutic Colouring!

I bought myself this book the other day!

This is a lovely, peaceful way to read some scripture and the commentary that goes with it. Then, when colouring in the illustration which goes along with the reading, it gives me a chance to ponder on the words written and think how they apply to me.

It doesn't replace my Bible reading or scripture study - it just nicely compliments those things.
So far, I'm loving it!
