Valentines day. A day when people discover they have a secret admirer! A day when 'love is all around.' A day to say 'I love you'.
Last week I looked at just a few scriptures on love and I am exceedingly thankful that I don't have to wait for just one day a year to know that Jesus loves me. I can read it every day and it is continually confirmed in my heart.
I am also thankful that my hubby & I are so in love and we tell each other every day. We are very different in almost every way, but with Jesus in the centre of our lives we balance each other out nicely.
Someone said to us on our wedding day that our life will be like a triangle with Jesus at the top and hubby at the bottom left and me at the bottom right. The closer we come to Jesus at the top, the closer we come together and this is a wonderful example of how, as our love for Jesus has grown our love and appreciation of each other has grown to.
My hubby is wonderful and I just want to say
Thank you. I love you.

You are a sweet looking couple and you look so much in love! I like your description of marriage. Without God, we could not have proper love. Happy Valentines Day!
What a precious post! ☺
I came to your blog to tell you that I read your comment on Women Living Well, concerning homeschooling. Your comment was very insightful, and I really appreciate your honesty about why you think it's best to homeschool. I said a prayer for your family asking God to draw your son to Him. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the topic.
p.s. I do homeschool, but sometimes I think maybe I should just give it up and send the kids to public school Comments such as yours reminds me of why I need to keep going.
That is a very nice picture of the two of you. I first want to say thanks for stopping by and making a comment on my blog. Second, love the triangle description. So true!
