It's weekend!!!

It's weekend!!  Working full time 9-5 every day means I really look forward to weekend's and spending more time at home. Don't get me wrong I'm happy to say I love my job, but I love being at home more!!

This weekend I was hoping to go to Lady Heyes which is a craft and antique centre about an hours drive from where I live. It's a great place and a lovely scenic drive to get there as well - double bonus!
They have various units  - Tudor Room, Elizabethan Room, Windsor Room, Georgian, Edwardian, Regency and Jacobean Room - all full of antiques and accessories from these era's.  They also have a Chocolate Bar (yummmm), a candle shop, together with units showing an array of craft items plus an award winning Tea Room, serving delicious food.

Unfortunately however, we wont be going this weekend because my car has sprung a leak!  It has a water leak and my mechanic hubby is now working on it trying to find out where the leak is and how to fix it!
So, more dusting and ironing for me then!!!  Love it!

Have a nice weekend everyone.

Oh, that is disappointing Carol. Maybe it will be fixed in time for you to go. It sounds a most interesting place.

Hope your hubby can get your car fixed easily. Car troubles can be so frustrating!

I so enjoy the weekend, too. Lady Heyes sounds wonderful and something I know I would enjoy. Hope you get to make the trip soon. Good luck with getting the care repaired and wishes for a bright and beautiful weekend.
