Blessed are they who mourn,

for they shall be comforted.

It's my understanding that this scripture does not relate to mourning as the death of a loved one, a loss or a divorce but one who mourns is someone who knows they are a sinner and are separated from a loving God; someone who realises that only through the grace of God can they receive forgiveness and salvation.

Mourning and sorrow lead to repentance.

How wonderful that my Lord will forgive me and comfort me because I recognise my need of Him.

If you are able to mourn of your sins, confess to Almighty God and repent - then He will come to comfort you.

You will be comforted by His forgiveness, His grace, His amazing unconditional love. You will be accepted as His child and you will never be alone again.

Please consider allowing the Lord to comfort you - to accept you with His open arms. Please come and wallow in His love and comfort.

Carol,
It is so wonderful to know that our Heavenly Father will always be here for us. Without Him I could not bear this life on earth. He does exactly that "swallows me in His love".
Hope to hear from you soon.

Isn't it wonderful to know that when we mourn our sins our Father removes them from us as far as the East is from the West. I praise Him for that.

Have a blessed weekend.
