There is a song we sing at church called How Great is Our God and it's by Chris Tomlin.
How wonderful is this song!! It's very simple yet extremely powerful.
Some of the words are "How great is our God, sing with me, How great is our God, and all will see, how great, how great is our God.
When I sing this song, I close my eyes and when I sing the words 'sing with me' I imagine asking thousands of people to sing with me and to see just how great is our God. I imagine thousands of people with their hands held high up to God in awe and wonder as they come to know just how great and awesome is the Lord and how deep is His love for them.
Whatever circumstances we have in life, our God is still great and if we can sing to Him then He can lift us out of the darkness.

I love this song too. today we sang one of my favourites, 'Here I am to worship, here I am to bow down'. wonder if you know it?
Oh yes, I know that one too. It's a great worship song and as we know Jesus is altogether lovely and worthy.

Thank you Miriam I'm grateful for your 'checking in on me'! I am doing ok thank you and have missed posting on my blog. Life has started to settle down and adjustments are being made. Although lots of things are very different now, it's good to know that we don't have to go through things alone. God is with us and our friends are there too, in the flesh or on the blogs. I am so grateful that we can all encourage each other and I am truly thanking for your care and concern. It really helps. Thanks Miriam.
